The tuna fish is one of the most consumed pisces in the island.

One big recipe of this civil parish is the tuna fish in vinegar sauce which is, usually, eaten with potatoes or rice.

We put the tuna fish in the water with salt, savory and garlic. After being cooked, the fish is cut up in a bowl. The next step it`s to join the onion that have been cut in slices and the parsley bite. In the end we add up oil and vinegar we want.
